Everything was really good, however a few employees were unbelievably rude. The location was FAVOURABLE in the heart of the city and the staff here was nice. And it was also so close to the metro and busses and Zocalo. Was the best base for trip.

That was reasonably priced hotel set in nice safe area, next to Juarez subway station, the capital, and Centro Histórico and Condesa/Roma Norte. The staff we met was very helpful and really helpful. The room we booked was luxurious and absolutely fantastic with huge comfortable bed and big windows, as for instance as advertised. The location was particularly good, not too far from a cultural centre. Had a pleasant stay here🙂😀

The complementary breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station and close to many attractions. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, making for a good night's sleep.
The hotel had paper-thin walls, making it quite noisy at times, especially when the neighbors were making some noise. The wifi was not very reliable and kept disconnecting.
